乡镇文献的采集向来是县(区)级图书馆的难题。要解决这些问题,关键是要自上而下建立一套行之有效的文献呈缴制度,同时图书馆也要建立健全文献保密、利用制度,才能让乡镇文献采集成为经常化、制度化的工作。
Collection of township literature has always been the county (district) level library problems. To solve these problems, the key is to establish an effective system of depositing documents from top to bottom. Meanwhile, libraries should also establish and improve the confidentiality and utilization of documents in order to make the collection of township documents into a regular and institutionalized work .
