我院从 1980年至今 ,收治 2 6例因接触有机磷农药中毒后发生上消化道大出血的患者 ,其中 2 5例痊愈 ,1例因并发多脏器衰竭致死。现报告如下。1 临床资料 男 10例 ,女 16例 ,年龄 2 2～ 6 0岁。均为农药接触中毒 ,其中喷洒乐果 5例 ,氧化乐果 6例 ,对硫磷溶液 3例 ,马拉硫磷
In our hospital from 1980 to date, 26 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to exposure to organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were treated, of which 25 were cured and 1 died of multiple organ failure.
