能源部于1月5日至10日在北京召开了全国能源工作会议。参加会议的有部各归口管理单位。部分直属企业,省、区煤炭、电力局(公司)及部机关司局的负责同志。部聘请的30多位高级咨询委员也参加了会议。会议的中心议题是研究提高“双效”即提高经济效益和劳动生产率问题。与会的同志围绕这个中心,在会上进行了热烈地发言讨论,摆出了差距和潜力,并相应提出了提高“双效”的目标和措施。会议还对“七五”的情况进行了回顾总结,对“八五”及后10年能源工业发展问题进行了研究讨论,大家认为,“八五”及后10年,应以经济效益为中心安排各项工作。把能源生产建设搞得更好。
The Ministry of Energy held a national energy work conference in Beijing from January 5th to 10th. Some of the attending conferences were managed by each department. Some directly affiliated enterprises, provincial and district coal, power bureaus (companies), and responsible comrades of departments and agencies. More than 30 senior consultants hired by the ministry also attended the meeting.
