通过高速磁浮车辆与线路之间的紧耦合关系,以车辆二系结构对线路的几何约束和我国目前的磁浮轨道技术的特点与制造技术为基础,并考虑安装与制造误差的影响以及满足旅客舒适度要求,对高速磁浮线路设计的最小平曲线半径和最小竖曲线半径进行了研究分析,提出了设计的推荐值。即在保持车辆导向磁铁与导向面的侧向间隙5.5~11mm的条件下,线路轨道的最小平曲线半径设计值不宜小于650m;在保持车辆悬浮磁铁与定子面的悬浮间隙9~11.5mm的条件下,线路轨道的最小竖曲线半径设计值不宜小于2000m。
