对烧结车密封改造是为了在装载球团矿时减少漏货损失。将烧结车散热板式侧墙改为焊接式全封闭结构;车门周围改为迷宫式结构。2004年6月至今,共改造了69台烧结车,使用效果表明:改造后的烧结车在使用中漏货明显减少,经济效益显著。
The sealing of the sintered car was modified to reduce the loss of lost circulation when loading pellets. Will be sintered car radiator plate side wall to a fully enclosed structure of welding; the door around to the labyrinth structure. Since June 2004, a total of 69 sintering vehicles have been rebuilt. The results show that the leakage of converted sintering vehicles is obviously reduced and the economic benefits are remarkable.
