我院妇产科对孕40周末的孕妇是否应该引产进行了研究,经B超及产后检查胎盘,可发现许多孕妇胎盘老化(钙化)现象,故认为孕40周末引产可降低难产率及新生儿窒息率、降低过期妊娠的发病率,有利于母婴健康。1资料与方法自2000年8月至2001年10月间,我院共收治孕妇1237例,其中孕37周至40+5周的1120例、孕40+5～41+6周的97例、孕42周20例。
