目的分析常见的各类软组织肿瘤的CT征象,得出其时间-密度曲线,以提高诊断率。方法回顾分析经手术病理证实的244例软组织肿块。所有肿瘤部位均先行平扫后增强扫描,并作增强后延时2、5、8min单层面扫描,得出同一部位的不同时间-密度图像,测出CT值作统计学处理,得出各类型瘤体的时间-密度曲线,观察其变化规律。结果软组织肉瘤、恶性神经类净增值40~70Hu,延时呈缓慢下降;大的癌肿早期净增值40~80Hu,延时呈梯度下降;转移性瘤体净增值20~30Hu,延时呈幅度较低的下降;良性瘤体早期增强不明显,净增值一般不超过20Hu,延时呈平缓下降的曲线。结论各类肿瘤具有特征性的时间-密度曲线,能提高影像医师对肿块的诊断、鉴别诊断能力。
Objective To analyze the common CT signs of various types of soft tissue tumors and draw the time-density curve to improve the diagnostic rate. Methods Retrospective analysis of 244 cases of soft tissue mass confirmed by surgery and pathology. All the tumor sites were enhanced scan after plain scan, and enhanced after a delay of 2, 5, 8min single-layer scan to obtain the same part of the different time-density images measured CT value for statistical analysis, come to all types Time-density curve of the tumor to observe its variation. Results Soft tissue sarcoma, malignant nerve net added value of 40 ~ 70Hu, the delay was slow decline; early large net increase in cancer value of 40 ~ 80Hu, the delay was a gradient decline; metastatic tumor net value of 20 ~ 30Hu, the delay was amplitude Lower decline; benign early enhancement was not obvious, the net added value is generally not more than 20Hu, the delay was a gentle decline in the curve. Conclusion All kinds of tumors have characteristic time-density curve, which can improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lumps.
