目的 探讨急性结石性胆囊炎的手术治疗体会及临床分析.方法 资料选自2011年9月——2013年9月在我院就诊的急性结石性胆囊炎112例,分为两组,每组56例,对照组给予传统开腹手术的治疗,研究组于腹腔镜下施行胆囊切除术的治疗,对两组患者的临床指标情况、手术之后并发症的发生情况进行分析.结果 研究组住院天数、下床活动的时间、手术时间以及术中的出血量均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组并发症的发生率为5.36％,低于对照组19.64％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在急性结石性胆囊炎的临床治疗中于腹腔镜下施行胆囊切除的治疗较传统开腹手术的治疗具有更佳的效果,值得临床广泛推广与使用.
