以两株单克隆抗体,GS-2及CL-3组合,用免疫电泳法检测粪便提取液中的癌相关抗原S-Tn,Tn及CEA,检测的病例为胃癌75例,直结肠癌66例、胰腺癌8例,浅表性胃炎7例,萎缩性胃炎15例,胃及十二指肠溃疡病20例,胆囊结石10例以及正常人100例。结果表明:GS-2检测各组阳性率为:胃癌80%,结肠癌58.7%,胰腺癌12.5%,正常人为9%,非恶性病变组0~15%。CL-3检测各组阳性率为:胃癌77.3%,结肠癌60.6%,胰腺癌75%,正常人组5%,非恶性病变5-142%,上两株单抗组合检测,胃癌阳性率提高到94.5%,肠癌为86.4%,正常人组12%,非癌组为17.3%。
Two monoclonal antibodies, GS-2 and CL-3 were combined to detect the cancer-associated antigens S-Tn, Tn and CEA in stool extracts by immunoelectrophoresis. Among the detected cases, there were 75 cases of gastric cancer and 66 cases of rectal cancer. There were 8 cases of pancreatic cancer, 7 cases of superficial gastritis, 15 cases of atrophic gastritis, 20 cases of gastric and duodenal ulcer diseases, 10 cases of gallbladder stones, and 100 cases of normal persons. The results showed that the positive rate of GS-2 in each group was 80% of gastric cancer, 58.7% of colon cancer, 12.5% of pancreatic cancer, 9% of normal, and 0 to 15% of non-malignant lesions. The positive rate of CL-3 in each group was 77.3% in gastric cancer, 60.6% in colon cancer, 75% in pancreatic cancer, 5% in normal group, and 5-142% in non-malignant lesions. The positive rate of gastric cancer was increased to 94.5%, that of intestinal cancer was 86.4%, that of normal persons was 12%, and that of non-cancer patients was 17.3%.
