根据近些年北京山区农民安全饮水工程的设计,从水源、消毒方式、输配水管道和加压泵站等方面,提出一些设计思路。如在水源方面,优先选用地表水源;地表水源首选次氯酸钠和二氧化氯消毒;地下水首选紫外线消毒和二氧化氯消毒,泉水首选紫外线消毒;在管材方面,输水管道宜采用钢管、衬塑钢管或PE加筋管,配水管宜采用PE管,钢管需进行内外防腐处理,衬塑钢管做好外防腐可直接使用;一般山区的管材设计压力建议不小于0.8MPa。适当设计减压阀、减压阀池;山区的加压泵站宜设置无负压水箱;并配置好相应的自控设备等措施,可为今后提供参考。
According to the design of safe drinking water project for peasants in Beijing mountainous area in recent years, some design ideas are put forward from the aspects of water source, disinfection method, water distribution pipeline and pressurized pumping station. In terms of water sources, surface water is preferred; sodium hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide are the preferred surface water sources; ultraviolet disinfection and chlorine dioxide disinfection of groundwater are preferred; and ultraviolet disinfection of spring water is preferred. In pipelines, pipelines, PE reinforced pipe, pipe should be used with PE pipe, pipe to be carried out inside and outside anti-corrosion treatment, plastic pipe lining well outside corrosion can be used directly; general mountain pipe design pressure is not less than 0.8MPa. Appropriate design of pressure reducing valve, pressure reducing valve pool; mountain pump station should set no negative pressure water tank; and configure the corresponding automatic control equipment and other measures for future reference.
