中国粮食连续7年丰收,但粮食价格持续上涨,究其原因:首先随着人民生活水平提高,消费结构发生了变化,尤其是生物质能源产业的迅速发展,对粮食需求的持续增加。其次随着生产资料价格的上涨以及进城打工青壮年农民的增加,使务农成本显著提高。同时,国际市场粮食价格上涨对国内粮价也产生了一定影响。预测中国粮食价格未来走势,对中国经济发展及人民生活具有深刻意义和深远影响。
China’s grain has been bumper for seven consecutive years, but grain prices have continued to rise. The reasons are as follows. First, as the living standard of the people rises, the consumption structure has changed. In particular, the rapid development of the biomass energy industry has continuously increased the demand for food. Second, with the rise in the prices of the means of production and the increase in the number of young and middle-aged peasants who work in the cities, the cost of farming has risen markedly. In the meantime, the rising grain prices in the international market have also had a certain impact on domestic grain prices. Predicting the future trend of China’s grain prices will have profound and far-reaching implications for China’s economic development and people’s livelihood.
