云县幸福控抗村懒皮寨是拉祜族聚居村,懒皮寨分上寨和下寨两个村民小组,126户506人。这里的拉祜族至今还保持着传统的“祭竜”活动。祭竜节在每年农历的二月举行,按每年农历正月初一的属相与二月属相相同的那一天作为祭竜的日子。按他们的说法,他们只有两个菩萨,那就是天菩萨和地菩萨,每年在竜树林“会面”一次。所以竜树林的一草、一木、一石等,任何人不能随便乱
