目的研究炙甘草汤对正常家兔左心室电生理特性的影响,探讨其抗心律失常的作用机制。方法采用单相动作电位(MAP)记录技术,测定空白对照组和炙甘草汤组兔心室肌体表心电图和MAP的变化。结果与对照组比较,炙甘草汤组兔心室肌心率减慢,QT间期延长的同时Tp-e不增加,Tp-e/QT缩小;并且炙甘草汤组兔心室肌单相动作电位幅度(MAPA)无明显变化,单相动作电位时程(MAPD)MAPD20、MAPD50、MAPD90均延长。结论炙甘草汤能降低心率,延长MAPD,并缩小Tp-e/QT,减少室性心律失常发生,可能是炙甘草汤抗心律失常且相对安全的机制。
Objective To study the effect of Zhigancao Decoction on electrophysiological characteristics of left ventricular in normal rabbits and to explore its anti-arrhythmic mechanism. Methods Monophasic action potential (MAP) recording technique was used to determine the change of electrocardiogram and MAP in the ventricular myocardium of blank control group and Zhigancao Decoction group. Results Compared with the control group, the heart rate of ventricular myocardium of Zhigancao Decoction group was slowed down, Tp-e was not increased and Tp-e / QT was reduced while the QT interval was prolonged. The amplitude of single-phase action potential MAPA) did not change significantly, single-phase action potential duration (MAPD) MAPD20, MAPD50, MAPD90 were extended. Conclusion Zhigancao Decoction can reduce heart rate, prolong MAPD, and reduce Tp-e / QT, reduce the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia, may be Zhigancao anti-arrhythmic and relatively safe mechanism.
