为克服传统机组灵敏度计算方法的不足,准确计算机组出力变化对电网潮流的影响,给调度员提供潮流控制的精细辅助决策,提出了考虑网省自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)控制模式下的机组影响因子计算方法。本方法考虑不同AGC控制模式下,进行机组功率调整或控制区交易后,电网不平衡功率导致机组AGC动作的差异,得到与电网实际运行相符的机组或控制区交易对潮流的影响因子。华东电网重载断面潮流算例表明:本方法提供的影响因子,适用于各种机组出力调整方式,与电网实际运行中机组出力变化对潮流影响相符,能为调度员进行潮流控制提供有用的辅助决策信息。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional method of calculating the sensitivity of the generating units, accurately calculate the influence of the power output changes on the power flow and provide the dispatchers a fine auxiliary decision of the power flow control, a new automatic generation control (AGC) Unit of influence factor calculation method. The method considers the difference of the AGC action caused by unbalanced power of the grid after the unit power adjustment or control area transaction under different AGC control modes and obtains the influence factors of the unit or control zone transaction on the tidal current in accordance with the actual operation of the power grid. The case study of East China Power Grid heavy section cross section shows that the influence factors provided by this method are suitable for all kinds of unit output adjusting modes. It is in line with the influence of unit output change on power flow in actual operation of power grid and can provide useful assistant for power dispatcher to control power flow Decision information.
