目的采用ICP-OES法测定玫瑰花、三七、山萸肉、天麻和西洋参五味中药材中的铅、镉、砷、铜的含量。方法采用浓硝酸和双氧水将样品溶解消化后,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进行检测。结果 5种中药材中的铅、镉、砷、铜的含量均符合药典规定。结论 ICP-OES法测定重金属含量具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点,可作为中药材质量的评定方法。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of lead, cadmium, arsenic and copper in Chinese herbal medicines of rose, notoginseng, cornus officinalis, gastrodia and ginseng by ICP-OES. Methods The samples were dissolved and digested with concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide and detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Results The contents of lead, cadmium, arsenic and copper in five kinds of Chinese herbal medicines all met the requirements of Pharmacopoeia. Conclusion ICP-OES method has the advantages of simple, rapid, accurate and high sensitivity for the determination of heavy metal content, which can be used as a method to evaluate the quality of Chinese herbal medicines.
