现代社会的发展要求传统人事管理必须进行重大变革,现代企业干部人事制度存在的主要问题有:干部制度改革尚未形成总体规划;企业干部激励、约束机制不配套;干部人事制度改革思想陈旧。完善群众参与机制,扩大干部工作民主;创新选拔机制,形成一种良性竞争;完善企业干部考察制度是解决当前问题的有效对策。
The development of modern society requires that traditional personnel management must undergo major changes. The main problems existing in the personnel system of modern enterprise cadres are: the overall planning of the reform of the system of cadres has not yet taken shape; the encouragement and restriction mechanisms of enterprise cadres are not adequate; and the cadre and personnel system reform has an obsolete thinking. Improve the mechanism of mass participation, and expand the cadre work democracy; innovate the selection mechanism and form a healthy competition; and improve the inspection system of enterprise cadres is an effective countermeasure to solve the current problems.
