近些年,我国经济水平大幅度提高,作为我国国民经济重要组成部分,对我国城市化建设有着巨大帮助的房地产经济应该是我们重点关注的对象。可是,最近房地产在发展的过程中存在着许多的问题,许多房地产厂商的内部管理不完善,开发项目存在着非常严重的浪费,并且有的项目存在严重污染环境的问题,房价持续攀升等,以上的种种问题严重制约着房地产的持续发展。面对如此激烈的竞争环境,房地产厂商若满足不了当今经济发展的需求,就会面临生存的挑战,房地产公司要想得到可持续发展,就要对自身的现状进行分析,采取有效措施对存在的问题进行控制,为房地产经济的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。
