以连续3届获得全运会武术套路小全能亚军王晓娜为个案研究,运用专家访谈、文献资料等研究方法,通过对王晓娜训练实践进行总结,探究延长优秀女子武术套路运动员最佳竞技阶段体能训练的合理安排。结论:1)立足自身机体需要,深刻把握项目“动速静定”技能特征,采取动静有机结合练习,效果明显。2)巧妙利用技能训练后适度体能训练,有效增加运动负荷,隔日恢复,充分保证机体恢复,积累最佳体能储备。3)强化训练强度,使机体达到超量恢复的训练效果。利用课余时间学习知识,对提升自身理论知识储备,缓解心理疲劳有双效作用。4)有氧慢跑,积极促进机体恢复,为后期训练做准备。
This paper takes Wang Xiaona, a runner-up of the Wushu routine all-around, as the case study for three consecutive years. Through the research methods of expert interviews and literature, this article summarizes the training practice of Wang Xiaona and explores the methods of extending the physical training of the elite female Wushu routine athletes Reasonable arrangement. Conclusion: 1) based on the needs of their own body, a profound grasp of the project “dynamic speed static ” skills, to take the combination of static and dynamic exercises, the effect is obvious. 2) Skillful use of skill training after physical fitness training, effectively increase the exercise load, the next day to recover, fully guarantee the body recovery, the accumulation of the best physical reserves. 3) to strengthen the training intensity, so that the body to achieve the effect of excessive recovery training. Use of spare time to learn knowledge, to enhance their own theoretical knowledge reserve, relieve mental fatigue have a double effect. 4) aerobic jogging, and actively promote the recovery of the body, to prepare for the post-training.
