自2007年我省实施新课改实验以来,我校始终把课堂教学改革作为新课改的突破口,对课堂教学进行了深入的探索与研究。一、以课题研究的运作方式探索新课堂模式我们确立了《新课程课堂教学模式研究》课题。在课题运行中,我们一是对广大教师进行有关课堂模式的理论培训,聘请东北师大孔凡哲教授做专题报告—《新课程课堂教学模式》和《优质高效课堂的思考》。二是组织教师到课改先进校学习考察,我们先后组织教师到山江苏、河北、长春、吉林等地先进学校学习考察。三是组织教师学习新课改理论、教育教学理论和本学科专业知识。学校每两周组织一次教师集中学习,同时要求教师制订自学计划,实行自学,形成自学笔记,在每学期期末时学校对教师的培训情况进行考试验收。四是开展课堂教学大讨论活
