应用过零穿越极性相关方法测量管道内高温烟气流速的系统,采用单片微机及自行开发的扩展系统和过零穿越算法,对烟气流动噪声信号作极性相关处理,快速搜寻峰值对应的时延值,并据此求得烟气流动速度。试验表明该测量技术具有测量精度高、测量时间短、系统简单、可靠性强等优点,适用于工业现场进行在线测量。
The system of measuring the flow velocity of high-temperature flue gas in pipelines by using the cross-correlation method of zero-crossing is a single-chip micro-computer and its self-developed expansion system and zero-crossing algorithm. It performs the polarity correlation processing on the flue gas flow noise signal, Of the delay value, and thus obtain the flue gas flow rate. Experiments show that the measurement technique has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, short measuring time, simple system and strong reliability, and is suitable for on-line measurement in industrial field.
