一、俭:中国茶文化精神之本真“俭”是中国茶的精神之所在。俭即精俭、俭朴、节俭。唐代陆羽在《茶经》中曰:“茶之为用,味至寒,为饮,最宜精行俭德之人。”[1]“精行”指遵守社会秩序的行事方式,“俭德”指俭朴自律的传统道德。陆羽所言指的是茶适合德行优异之人饮用,这便将日常生活现象提升到了精神和道德高度。“俭”作为中国茶文化的精神之本真由此开始。茶既是社会之物,又是精神之物。但“俭”作为茶的精神是概念化、抽象化的,因此“俭”的精神必须通过物质化的茶器和饮茶的行为来体现。早期的饮茶之器物多取自自然。东汉时期以瓢为器,有“俭且质也”
