提出了产品体验协作设计方法,包括产品体验协作设计过程模型、多学科协作产品体验设计框架、体验隐性要素和显性要素协作设计模型、AR系统的体验设计流程。由于导览产品体验设计为装备制造业、城市管道监测、参观等方面的升级具有重要意义,以导览产品为例,运用产品体验协作设计方法进行了原型设计,应用增强现实技术优化了用户体验过程,验证了协作设计方法的可行性,为相关行业进行用户体验设计提供参考。
