目的对某石油钢管制造企业钢管焊接工段安装的净化除尘器除尘效果进行职业危害效果评价。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》、《工作场所有害因素接触限值》(GBZ2-2007),对安装净化除尘器运行、停运时,相同岗位的粉尘分别进行采样、检测,分析除尘效果。结果钢管焊接工段,净化除尘器运行期间粉尘浓度为(1.06±0.53)mg/m~3,与停运时(3.30±0.76)mg/m~3相比,明显降低(t=-5.887,P<0.01)。结论该企业安装的除尘器除尘效果显著,可有效降低工作场所粉尘浓度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational hazards on the dedusting effect of decontamination dust collector installed in the steel pipe welding section of an oil pipe manufacturer. Methods Based on the “Hygienic Standards for Design of Industrial Enterprises” and “Exposure Limit of Hazardous Factors in Workplace” (GBZ2-2007), the dust of the same post was sampled, tested and analyzed for dust removal during the operation and shutdown of the installation of decontamination precipitator. Results The dust concentration in steel pipe welding section and decontamination dust collector during operation was (1.06 ± 0.53) mg / m ~ 3, which was significantly lower than that at shutdown (3.30 ± 0.76) mg / m ~ <0.01). Conclusion The dust remover installed in this enterprise has obvious effect of dust removal, which can effectively reduce the dust concentration in the workplace.
