新农村建设工作开展以来,紧紧围绕“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的方针。通过环境整治,道路硬化、村庄绿化、河道净化、路灯亮化,村容村貌有了新变化,许许多多的村庄面貌焕然一新,发挥了良好的示范效应。但是,新农村建设是一项极其复杂的系统工程,在推进过程中,还需要采取一定有效措施。 Since the launch of the new rural construction work, we have been closely following the principle of “producing development, affluent life, civilized rural areas, clean and tidy villages, and democratic management.” Through environmental remediation, road hardening, village greening, river purification, street lighting, and village appearances have changed.
