本文采用自行设计的居民问卷调查表,对我院周边地区1000名居民就诊需求和对我院各科的满意度进行调查。研究调查结果表明:周边居民的常见病、多发病的就诊仍以交通便利和看病方便为首选,而临床上仍以常见病、多发病为主,占医疗资源的大部分。医院应争取更多的医院基本的医疗市场份额。通过问卷调查,了解周边居民对我院各科的满意度并进行分析,对我院如何进一步提高管理和医疗技术服务水平,保证诊疗质量和合理收费,满足患者要求;如何发挥我院国家重点专科以及发展中医特色科室;突出特色,综合扶持等方面进行了分析,为医院的可持续发展提供参考依据。
In this paper, a self-designed questionnaire of residents was used to investigate the needs of visiting 1,000 residents in the area around our hospital and the satisfaction of all subjects in our hospital. Research findings show that: the surrounding residents of common and frequently-occurring disease is still the convenient transportation and convenience of treatment as the preferred, but still clinically common, frequently-occurring disease, accounting for most of the medical resources. Hospitals should strive for more basic hospital medical market share. Through the questionnaire survey, we can know the residents ’satisfaction to the subjects in our hospital and analyze how to further improve the management and medical technology service level in our hospital to ensure the quality of medical treatment and reasonable fees to meet the patients’ requirements. How to play a key role in our hospital As well as the development of TCM specialty departments; prominent features, comprehensive support and other aspects were analyzed for the hospital’s sustainable development provide a reference.
