在生物学和医学领域中,免疫学的发展,无论是在基础理论或是在实用技术上,都是非常快的,而且有不少重大成果获得了诺贝尔奖金,如Burnet的细胞选择和免疫监视学说,Yalow的放免技术及其实用价值,是我们熟知的例子.现在免疫学有基础免疫学,临床免疫学,分子免疫学,免疫病理学等等之分.本文拟就下列四点:1)免疫概念的新变化;2)免疫学诊断技术的新发展;3)诊断免疫学的复杂性;4)诊断免疫学的新任务,进行简要的讨论.
In the field of biology and medicine, the development of immunology is very fast, both in basic theory and in practical technology, and many major achievements have been made in Nobel Prize winners such as Burnet’s cell selection and immunization Surveillance theory, Yalow’s radioimmunoassay technology and its practical value, is a well-known example.Now the immunology is basic immunology, clinical immunology, molecular immunology, immunopathology, etc. This article is intended to the following four points: 1 ) New changes in the concept of immunity; 2) new developments in immunological diagnostic techniques; 3) the complexity of diagnostic immunology; and 4) new tasks in diagnostic immunology for a brief discussion.
