总结卧龙特别行政区灾后卫生防疫实践与体会,为灾害救援提供实践经验和理论研究参考。在调查卧龙特别行政区基本情况的基础上,整理灾后卫生防疫实践工作开展情况,总结经验。针对灾后卧龙特别行政区情况,合理组织卫生防疫救援力量,综合开展水源及水质监测与食品卫生监督、环境卫生治理、病媒生物监测、疾病监测和流行病学调查等工作,确保灾区人员健康。灾后卫生防疫救援的重点在于:注重组织领导,建立统一组织管理体系,统一调配卫生防疫力量;重视疫情防控;及早恢复卫生防疫能力,顺利实现向常态过渡。
The practice and experience of post-quake sanitation and epidemic prevention in Wolong Special Administrative Region are summarized, providing practical experience and theoretical reference for disaster relief. On the basis of investigating the basic situation of the Wolong Special Administrative Region, we sorted out the implementation of post-disaster health and epidemic prevention and summarized the experiences. Aiming at the situation of the Wolong Special Administrative Region after the disaster, the health and epidemic prevention and rescue forces should be properly organized to comprehensively carry out water source and water quality monitoring, food hygiene supervision, environmental sanitation control, vector bio-monitoring, disease surveillance and epidemiological investigation so as to ensure the health of disaster-hit areas. The key points of post-disaster health and epidemic prevention and rescue are: focusing on organizational leadership, establishing a unified organizational management system, unifying the deployment of health and epidemic prevention forces; focusing on epidemic prevention and control; early restoration of health and epidemic prevention capabilities and smooth transition to normalcy.
