加入WTO十年来,我国对外贸易中的环境问题主要表现在对外贸易对我国的生态环境保护造成了巨大压力。当前,我国对外贸易发展正面临向“绿色贸易”转型的临界点,我国出口导向型贸易战略应该在征收出口环节的环境关税、绿化海关进出口产品目录、鼓励生态标志产品出口、鼓励进口替代政策、健全进口废物贸易政策这五个方面做出必要调整。
Over the past ten years since joining the WTO, the environmental problems in China’s foreign trade have been mainly manifested in the fact that foreign trade has exerted enormous pressure on China’s ecological and environmental protection. At present, the development of China’s foreign trade is facing a critical point of transition to “green trade”. China’s export-oriented trade strategy should levy environmental tariffs on export links, afforest a catalogue of customs import and export products, encourage the export of eco-label products, and encourage imports. The necessary adjustments will be made in the five aspects of alternative policies and sound import trade policies.
