肝脏是镉的毒性作用靶器官之一,也是抗氧化活性较强的脏器之一。本文研究了,加镉 40mg/kg、body Wt和加硒0.05mg/kg body Wt,给实验大鼠,分别观察了镉、硒对大鼠体量、肝镉、肝硒含量的影响,尤其是对肝脏抗氧化功能的影响,测定了肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性及肝抗脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,测定结果表明(1)镉对实验大鼠的生长有明显的抑制作用,而硒的保护作用不明显。(2)镉可明显抑制硒在肝脏的蓄积,但给实验大鼠0.05mgse/kg body Wt不足以拮抗镉
