小鼠腹腔注射NaF溶液两周后,免疫毒理实验结果表明:染毒小鼠体重下降;血氟、尿氟升高,骨氟在正常范围内;胸腺及脾脏脏器系数低剂量组增高,高剂量组降低;外周血淋巴细胞转化率及ANAE阳性率降低,抗体形成细胞数量减少,血清γ-球蛋白百分比及含量降低。提示NaF对小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有一定的损害。
After two weeks of intraperitoneal injection of NaF solution in mice, the results of immunotoxicity showed that the body weight of the mice was decreased; the blood fluorine and urinary fluoride were increased; the bone fluorine was within the normal range; the thymus and spleen organ coefficient of low dose group was increased, High dose group decreased; peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation rate and ANAE positive rate decreased, the number of antibody-forming cells decreased, serum γ-globulin percentage and content decreased. Tip NaF on cellular and humoral immune function in mice have some damage.
