目的通过对达州市2007-2009年全球沙门菌监测网项目监测数据的统计,及时发现问题并分析原因。方法按照国家相关标准方法GB4789.4进行检测。结果 3年1 008份样品检出沙门菌52株,总检出率5.16%;84.62%致病菌株由食物中毒样品中分离出,以肠炎沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌为主。结论达州市沙门菌中毒主要是食物被沙门菌污染所致,应通过宣传教育、加强监测和信息报告等方式,加强对食物挑选及制作的控制,减少沙门菌食物中毒的发生。
Objective Through the statistics of the global monitoring data of Salmonella Surveillance Network in Dazhou City from 2007 to 2009, the problems were found and the reasons were analyzed in time. Methods According to the national standard method GB4789.4 for testing. Results 52 strains of Salmonella were detected in 1 008 samples in 3 years, with a total detection rate of 5.16%. 84.62% of the pathogenic strains isolated from food poisoning samples were Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium. Conclusions Salmonella poisoning in Dazhou is mainly caused by the contamination of food by Salmonella. Control of food selection and production should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of food poisoning by Salmonella through publicity and education, monitoring and information reporting.
