This paper presents the results of the study on the optimum composition of the slurry before the copper-zinc ore flotation. It is pointed out that the separation of coarse flotation from mixed flotation and subsequent regrinding can reduce the loss of copper, zinc and sulfur with the tailings and improve the recoveries of these metals in the concentrate of the same name.
