本文针对多项目管理系统中存在自组织情况的现象,引入熵理论对多项目进行过程控制管理。综合考虑多项目整体的执行情况和子项目的执行情况,分析了多项目管理系统的耗散结构特性,以成本费用为序参量,以灰关联熵的熵值变化情况判断多项目整体的有序程度,建立了基于熵关联度的多项目管理系统执行过程控制模型,并实例验证了模型的有效性。
This article aims at the phenomena of self-organization in multi-project management system, introduces entropy theory to process control and management of multi-project. Considering the implementation of multi-project as a whole and the execution of subprojects, the dissipative structure characteristics of multi-project management system are analyzed. The order of cost entropy is used to judge the overall order of multi-project by the entropy change of gray relational entropy , Established a process control model of multi-project management system based on entropy relation degree, and verified the validity of the model by examples.
