汽车系统的清洁度直接影响到整车性能。一些关键零部件由于清洁度不合格，导致整车性能严重下降，某些情况下，对人身安全造成威胁。本文主要从汽车零部件供应商的过程清洁度控制方面出发，分析产生清洁度差的原因，并提出了一些改进措施。“,”The Auto system cleanliness affects directly vehicle function.The bad cleanliness product would bring danger for the vehicle,sometimes for body safety.This paper explained the cause of bad cleanliness and gave some cleanliness improvement method from the process cleanliness control ing in the product supplier.
