为了探究换热面上不同布置形式的翼型涡发生器对换热、流动阻力和污垢特性的影响,本文以矩形翼涡发生器为研究对象,在相同工况下对4种布置形式进行了实验研究。结果表明:在换热面上安装翼型涡发生器不仅能够强化换热同时还能抑制颗粒垢的生成;后排列布置不仅在强化换热和减少流动阻力上都优于前排列布置,而且在污垢条件下其也具有良好的抑垢性;结垢前后进出口压差的变化大小在一定程度上也反映了结垢量的大小。
In order to investigate the effect of different configurations of airfoil vortex generators on the heat transfer, flow resistance and fouling characteristics on the heat transfer surface, the rectangular wing vortex generators were studied in this paper. Under the same working conditions, Experimental Study. The results show that the airfoil vortex generator installed on the heat transfer surface can not only enhance the heat transfer but also inhibit the generation of particle scale. The rear arrangement is superior to the front arrangement not only in enhancing heat transfer and reducing flow resistance, Under the condition of dirt, it also has good scale inhibition; the size of the pressure difference between inlet and outlet before and after fouling also reflects the amount of scale formation to a certain extent.
