目的:探讨隐睾患者睾丸的生精状态及与恶性变的相关性。方法:流式细胞术(FCM)检测法。结果:未降睾丸生精的受损度及恶性变的发生率与年龄呈正相关。结论:FCM可作为评价隐睾睾丸生精状态及有无恶性变的一种客观、定量的检测手段,而FCM和针吸穿刺术同时应用对提高临床对隐睾的实验研究有重要帮助
Objective: To investigate the spermatogenesis of testis in patients with cryptorchidism and its relationship with malignant transformation. Methods: Flow cytometry (FCM) detection. Results: There was a positive correlation between the incidence of spermatogenesis and the incidence of malignant transformation in the non-degraded testis. Conclusion: FCM can be used as an objective and quantitative method to evaluate the spermatogenic status and malignancy of cryptorchid testis. The simultaneous application of FCM and needle aspiration is helpful to improve the experimental study of cryptorchidism
