目的探讨上颌牙槽突弓C形曲线连续性中断诊断胎儿唇裂合并腭裂的意义。方法超声对10003例孕24~40周的孕妇进行胎儿上唇、鼻、上颌牙槽突结构的常规检查,观察记录胎儿上颌牙槽突弓C形曲线连续性中断与唇裂合并腭裂畸形发生的关系。结果发现唇裂合并腭裂9例、单纯唇裂4例,漏诊单纯腭裂1例、唇裂合并腭裂1例。上颌牙槽突弓C形曲线连续性中断诊断胎儿唇裂合并腭裂的敏感性为:90%;特异性为:100%。结论上颌牙槽突弓C形曲线连续性中断是发现胎儿唇裂合并腭裂畸形的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the significance of diagnosis of fetal cleft lip combined with cleft palate after discontinuous C-curve continuity of maxillary alveolar process. Methods Ultrasound was performed on 10003 pregnant women with gestational age from 24 to 40 weeks for routine examination of the alveolar structures of the upper lip, nose and maxillary of the fetus. The relationship between the C-curve continuity of the maxillary alveolar arch and the cleft lip and cleft palate was observed. Results Cleft lip cleft palate in 9 cases, cleft lip in 4 cases, missed diagnosis of cleft palate in 1 case, cleft lip cleft palate in 1 case. Sensitivity of maxillary alveolar arch C-curve continuity to diagnose fetal cleft lip with cleft palate: 90%; specificity: 100%. Conclusions The C-curve continuity interruption of the maxillary alveolar process is an effective method to find the cleft lip and cleft palate.
