西安交通大学青岛研究院先进制造粉体研究中心成功研发高规格球形钛合金粉末。生产高规格球形钛合金粉末的设备直径近10米,呈圆盘式,这台设备也被称为等离子旋转电极制粉系统。高规格球形钛合金粉末的研发有两大业界公认的难关:一是如何保证颗粒大小在微米级别下,把钛合金做成球体,因为球体流动性好,便于3D打印过程的原料输送;二是球体容易与氧接触,如何做到小颗粒条件
Xi’an Jiaotong University, Qingdao Institute of advanced manufacturing powder research center successfully developed high-standard spherical titanium alloy powder. The equipment for producing high-specification spherical titanium alloy powders is nearly 10 meters in diameter and is in the form of a disk. This apparatus is also known as a plasma rotating electrode pulverizing system. The development of high-specification spherical titanium powder has two major industry recognized difficulties: First, how to ensure the particle size at the micron level, the titanium alloy ball, because the ball is good liquidity, easy 3D printing process of raw material delivery; Second is Sphere easy to contact with oxygen, how to achieve small particle conditions
