本研究对全国14个省的66个漆树品种(包括已发表的陕西省的6个品种)进行了细胞学鉴定,结果表明,除大红袍外,其余65个漆树品种均为正常二倍体2n=2x=30;而大红袍为三倍体2n=3x=45。从而进一步说明大红袍品种是我国极其珍稀的植物资源,同时为生产和研究部门提供了较系统的全国漆树品种的细胞学基础资料。
In this study, 66 lacquer varieties (including 6 varieties in Shaanxi Province) were appraised cytologically in 14 provinces in China. The results showed that except for Dahongpao, the other 65 lacquer varieties were all diploid 2n = 2x = 30; and Dahongpao triploid 2n = 3x = 45. Thus further Dahongpao species is extremely rare plant resources in China, while the production and research departments to provide a more systematic national tree species of cytology basic information.
