开发建设项目日益增多,工程开挖形成大量弃渣,造成严重水土流失,对于生态环境的破坏性也很大。水电站库岸两边的堆积体由于工程蓄水等潜在影响,极容易造成严重水土流失。以阿海水电站的开发建设项目为例,对阿海水电站近坝段的东联、库枝堆积体进行了力学监测综合分析,从水土流失防治的角度给出了水土保持治理方案,对开发建设项目的堆积体治理有一定的借鉴意义。

Taking the development and construction project of Ahai Hydropower Station as an example, the mechanic monitoring and comprehensive analysis of Donglian and Kwuzui piles in the near dam section of Ahai Hydropower Station is carried out. From the perspective of soil erosion prevention and control, the soil and water conservation management plan is given, Project management of the accumulation of a certain reference.
