军队财务内部控制是军队财务管理的重要环节,对促进财务管理,实现财务优化都起着至关重要的作用。如何实现军队财务内部制度的建立与完善是我们当今所面临的重要问题,也是摆在所有军队财务工作者面前的一个难题。文章基于这种现状的要求,从环境建设、基础建设、监督建设以及人才建设等四个方面进行分析加强军队财务内部制度建设的重要意义。
The internal control of the army’s financial affairs is an important part of the army’s financial management and plays a crucial role in promoting financial management and achieving financial optimization. How to establish and improve the internal financial system of the armed forces is an important issue that we are facing today and is also a challenge for all military financial workers. Based on the current situation, the article analyzes the importance of building the internal financial system of the armed forces from four aspects: environment construction, infrastructure construction, supervision construction and talent construction.
