工况监测与故障诊断是影响塔式起重机施工安全的关键因素之一。介绍国内外塔式起重机工况监测与故障诊断技术的应用现状,探讨塔式起重机振动监测方法、油样监测方法、温度监测方法、无损检测方法,并对塔式起重机故障诊断方法进行分类阐述。由于塔式起重机工作的复杂性,将不同的诊断理论有机结合是塔式起重机故障诊断的研究方向。系统一体化,软件智能化,仪器虚拟化,诊断未来化是今后塔式起重机工况监测与故障诊断系统的发展趋势。
Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis are one of the key factors affecting the safety of tower crane construction. This paper introduces the application status of tower crane condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology at home and abroad, and discusses the tower crane vibration monitoring method, oil sample monitoring method, temperature monitoring method and nondestructive testing method, and classifies the tower crane fault diagnosis methods. Due to the complexity of tower cranes, the organic combination of different diagnostic theories is the research direction of tower crane fault diagnosis. System integration, intelligent software, instrument virtualization, diagnosis of the future is the tower crane condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system development trend.
