非智力因素,指与认识没有直接关系的情感、意志、兴趣、性格、需要、动机、目标、抱负、信念、世界观等方面。心理学研究表明:非智力因素在学习活动中具有与智力因素同等重要的地位,良好的非智力因素对提高课堂教学效率至关重要。职业学校学生的非智力因素已经成了阻碍教学质量的主要因素,职业学校的教师在教学中应重视发掘学生的非智力因素,提高教学效率。
Non-intellectual factors refer to feelings, will, interest, character, needs, motives, goals, aspirations, beliefs and worldviews which are not directly related to cognition. Psychological research shows that non-intelligence factors have the same important role in learning activities as intellectual factors, and good non-intelligence factors are very important to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching. The non-intellectual factors of vocational school students have become the main factors hindering the quality of teaching. The teachers of vocational schools should pay attention to discovering the non-intelligence factors of students and improving the teaching efficiency.
