目的对黄杨科板凳果属植物顶花板凳果(Pachysandra terminalis Sieb.et Zucc.)化学成分的化学结构及生物活性研究进行文献整理,为顶花板凳果的深度研究开发提供参考依据。方法主要对1964~2016年国内外有关顶花板凳果化学成分的化学结构及生物活性研究的文献进行归纳、梳理、分析和总结。结果 1964年以来,国内外学者已从顶花板凳果中分离得到多种生物碱及非生物碱,并对其抗菌、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗溃疡以及免疫抑制等方面的生物活性进行了研究。结论在药理学指导下的化学成分研究将成为顶花板凳果研究的重要方向,这不仅可为阐明顶花板凳果中化学成分的生物效应和药用价值提供依据,更能为加快顶花板凳果及板凳果属植物的开发和利用提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical structure and biological activity of the chemical components of the genus Pachysandra terminalis Sieb.et Zucc., And to provide a reference for the further research and development of the top flower bench stool. Methods The literature about the chemical structure and biological activity of the chemical constituents from the top flowers stumps from 1964 to 2016 was summarized, sorted, analyzed and summarized. Results Since 1964, many kinds of alkaloids and non-alkaloids have been isolated from the flowers of Pinus barbata, and the biological activities of antimicrobial, anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-ulcer and immunosuppression have been studied . Conclusion The study of the chemical composition under the guidance of pharmacology will be an important direction for the study of the top-stump bench fruit. This not only provides a basis for elucidating the biological effects and medicinal value of the chemical components in the top bench stool, Fruit and bench fruit genus to provide the basis for the development and utilization.
