目的了解上海市北蔡镇海东居委老年人群体质指数(Body mass index,BMI)与骨质疏松(Osteoporosis,0P)患病率的关系,为本地区骨质疏松症的防治提供参考。方法使用美国GE公司双能X线骨密度仪对133例上海市北蔡镇海东居委60~80岁老年人正位腰椎和左股骨近端进行骨密度测定。测量老年人目前的身高、体重,计算出目前BMI,分为BMI18.5~23.9组(体重正常组)与BMI≥24组(超重组)。让老人回忆25岁时的身高、体重,计算出25岁时BMI,有104位老人可回忆25岁时的身高、体重,分为BMI<18.5组(低体重组)、18.5~23.9组(体重正常组)与≥24组(超重组)。结果25岁时体质指数(BMI)在18.5~23.9范围内OP率为36%,BMI<18.5和≥24的作为非正常组OP率为59%,BMI非正常组与BMI在18.5~23.9范围内的正常组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);目前BMI在18.5~23.9范围内OP患病率为69%,BMI≥24时OP患病率为38%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论上海市北蔡镇海东居委老年人群OP患病率与目前BMI呈负相关,25岁时过瘦和过胖OP率增高,建议从青少年至老年人群应合理营养,合理控制体重,坚持适当的体育活动,早预防早治疗,防止或减少骨质疏松症的发生。
Objective To understand the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and prevalence of osteoporosis (Osteoporosis) in Haidong neighborhood of Beicai town, Shanghai, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in this area. Methods Bone mineral density (BMD) of lumbar spine and proximal femur of 60 to 80-year-olds in 133 cases of Haidongju Habitat Committee of Beicai town, Shanghai city were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. The current height and weight of the elderly were measured. The current BMI was calculated and divided into BMI18.5 ~ 23.9 (normal weight group) and BMI≥24 group (overweight group). Let the elderly recall the height and weight of 25 years old, calculate the BMI 25 years old, 104 elderly memories of height and weight at 25 years old, divided into BMI <18.5 group (low body weight), 18.5 to 23.9 group Normal group) and ≥24 group (overweight group). Results At 25 years of age, the BMI was 36% in the range of 18.5-23.9. The BMI <18.5 and ≥24 were 59% in the non-normal group and 59.5% in the BMI non-normal group and 18.5-23.9 in the BMI group (P <0.05). At present, the prevalence of OP in BMI ranged from 18.5 to 23.9 was 69%, while the prevalence of OP in BMI ≥ 24 was 38%, with statistical difference between the two groups Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of OP in elderly population in Haidong neighborhood of Beicai town of Shanghai is negatively correlated with the current BMI. The OP rate of overweight and obesity increased at 25 years old. It is suggested that nutrition should be rationally controlled from adolescent to elderly population, Of sports activities, early prevention of early treatment to prevent or reduce the incidence of osteoporosis.
