企业价值链正在由单向价值链向以协同化、网络化为特征的协同创新价值链演进,知识型员工的创新能力、工作积极性,对企业价值链竞争力的形成发挥着至关重要的作用。建立科学的企业知识型员工绩效评估体系,能够有效地提升组织的创新绩效。本文试图对创新价值链的显性知识与隐性知识的构成要素进行分析,然后对显性知识与隐性知识的耦合机制的形成机理及其对创新绩效的贡献进行深入探究,最后,在实证分析的基础上构建基于知识管理的企业知识型员工创新绩效评估模型。
The enterprise value chain is evolving from a one-way value chain to a collaborative and innovative value chain characterized by collaboration and networking. Knowledge workers’ innovation ability and enthusiasm for work play a crucial role in forming the competitiveness of the enterprise value chain . Establishing a scientific enterprise performance evaluation system for knowledge workers can effectively improve the innovation performance of the organization. This paper attempts to analyze the elements of the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge in the innovation value chain, and then explores the formation mechanism of the coupling mechanism of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge and its contribution to innovation performance. Finally, Based on the analysis, this paper builds an innovation performance evaluation model based on knowledge management for knowledge workers.
