目的对中药清香藤(Jasminum lanceolarium Roxb.)的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从清香藤提取物的乙酸乙酯层中分离得到了8个化合物,即腺嘌呤核苷(a-denosine,1)、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,2)、反式对香豆酸(E-p-coumatic acid,3)、白桦脂酸(betulinicacid,4)、松脂素((+)-pinoresinol,5)、Erythro-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hy-droxy-1-propenyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-1,3-propanediol(6)、threo-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hydroxy-1-propenyl]-2-methoxyphenoxy}-1,3-propanediol(7)、jasminlan A(8)。结论化合物1、2、5、6、7为首次从清香藤植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Jasminum lanceolarium Roxb. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, recrystallization and so on. Their chemical structures were identified by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate layer of the extract of Vitis vinifera, namely a-denosine (1), caffeic acid (2), trans- coumarin acid 3, betulinic acid 4, erythro-1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -2- {4 - [(E) -3-hy-droxy-1-propenyl] -2-methoxyphenoxy} -1,3 propanediol (6) threo-1- 3-hydroxy-1-propenyl] -2-methoxyphenoxy} -1,3-propanediol (7), jasminlan A (8). Conclusions Compounds 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 were isolated from Citrullus lanatus for the first time.
