多功能柔性功率调节器(FPC)可视为不带机械负载且转动惯量很大的双馈电机,具有独立快速的有功、无功调节能力,在提高电力系统稳定性和改善电能质量等方面具有良好的应用前景。文中主要研究了FPC的启动和并网方法。根据FPC自身的特性,选用了转子串电阻启动和直接变频启动这2种启动方法,并进行了详细的理论和数字仿真分析。这2种方法都采用了直接并网方式,尤其是后者既无需控制策略的切换,也无需增加额外的辅助启动设备,因而最为理想,可为双馈电机所借鉴。
The multifunctional flexible power regulator (FPC) can be regarded as a doubly-fed machine without mechanical load and with a large moment of inertia. It has independent and rapid active and reactive power adjustment capability, and has the advantages of improving power system stability and improving power quality Good application prospects. This paper mainly studies the FPC start-up and grid connection method. According to its own characteristics of FPC, two kinds of start-up methods such as rotor-string resistance start-up and direct-frequency start-up are selected, and detailed theoretical and numerical simulation analyzes are carried out. These two methods are used directly connected to the grid, especially the latter without the need to switch the control strategy, but also without additional auxiliary start-up equipment, which is the most ideal for doubly-fed motor reference.
