目的:研究不同肝组织中羰基还原酶(CBR)1的表达情况及CBR1的表达与HBs Ag的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化方法分别检测134例不同肝组织中CBR1的表达情况和120例不同病变肝组织中HBs Ag的表达情况。用SPSS统计软件分析CBR1在不同肝组织中的表达水平,以及不同病变肝组织中CBR1表达与HBs Ag的相关性。结果:(1)在不同病变肝组织中CBR1的表达水平在HBs Ag阳性与阴性者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)CBR1在不同肝组织中表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);组间两两比较CBR1表达水平从高到低为癌周肝硬化>肝硬化>慢性肝炎>肝细胞癌(HCC)和正常肝(P<0.05),且正常肝与HCC之间CBR1表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:(1)在不同病变肝组织中CBR1的表达水平与HBs Ag是否表达无相关性;(2)癌周肝硬化具有癌前病变性质,属于正在转化的癌前期细胞,是肝细胞癌变的关键时期,故CBR1在癌周肝硬化中高表达,可为HCC的早期监测提供一定的实验依据。
Objective: To investigate the expression of carbonyl reductase (CBR) 1 in different liver tissues and the relationship between the expression of CBR1 and HBs Ag. Methods: The expression of CBR1 in 134 different liver tissues and the expression of HBsAg in 120 diseased liver tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. SPSS software was used to analyze the expression of CBR1 in different liver tissues and the correlation between CBR1 expression and HBsAg in different pathological liver tissues. Results: (1) There was no significant difference in the expression of CBR1 in different diseased liver tissues between HBs Ag positive and negative (P> 0.05). (2) The expression of CBR1 in different liver tissues had statistical significance (P <0.01). The expression of CBR1 in each group was higher than that in peritumoral cirrhosis> cirrhosis> chronic hepatitis> hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and normal liver (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the expression of CBR1 (P> 0.05). Conclusions: (1) There is no correlation between the expression of CBR1 and the expression of HBsAg in different pathological changes of liver tissue. (2) The precancerous lesions of cirrhosis with precancerous lesions belong to the transforming precancerous cells, which are hepatocellular carcinoma In critical period, CBR1 is highly expressed in peritumoral cirrhosis and may provide some experimental evidence for the early detection of HCC.
