目的:观察冠心合剂对兔颈动脉经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)损伤后血管内膜增生的影响。方法:运用球囊原位扩张、拉伤致兔颈总动脉损伤建立PTCA术后内皮损伤模型。从术前3天开始各治疗组予相应剂量冠心合剂灌胃给药,分别于2、4、6周处死动物,取手术侧颈动脉标本观察血管形态并计算内膜和中膜厚度比(I/M)、内膜和中膜面积比(SI/SM)。结果:中药各剂量组内膜增生、管腔狭窄较模型组减轻,I/M、SI/SM较模型组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心合剂大剂量组6周的I/M、SI/SM值最低。结论:冠心合剂具有抑制PTCA术后损伤血管内膜增生的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Guanxin Mixture on intima hyperplasia after carotid artery percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) injury in rabbits. Methods: Endothelial injury model of PTCA was established by balloon dilatation and injury of carotid artery in rabbits. From the 3 days before surgery, each treatment group was given the corresponding dose of Guanxin Mixture by intragastric administration, and the animals were sacrificed at 2, 4 and 6 weeks respectively. The morphology of the vessels was observed and the intima-media thickness ratio I / M), intima-media ratio (SI / SM). Results: Intimal hyperplasia and luminal stenosis in each dose group of TCM decreased, I / M, SI / SM decreased compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Guanxin Mixture high dose group 6 weeks I / M, SI / SM value of the lowest. Conclusion: Guanxin Mixture can inhibit the intimal hyperplasia after PTCA injury.
